Account information. When you create a SpyShrimp account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing details such as your card information; we never store your full payment card details on our servers.

Instagram account connection. To benchmark your performance against the competitors you track, you may connect your Instagram account. We request only the permissions needed to read basic profile and performance data. SpyShrimp never posts, likes, comments, follows, or takes any other action on your behalf.

Public Instagram data. The core of SpyShrimp is analyzing publicly available Instagram content: reels, carousels, photo posts, captions, hashtags, and public engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, saves, and shares) from the public accounts you search or track. We do not access private accounts, private content, or anything your login cannot see as an ordinary follower.

Usage and device information. When you use the Services, we automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, device or operating system details, IP address, pages visited, and general usage data. We use this to keep the Services secure and to understand how features are used.

Information we collect may be used for purposes such as:
